Authenticity

Copies of popular vapes are common in Pakistan, disposables most of all. This page explains where our stock comes from and how you can check a product yourself, so you do not have to take our word for it.

Where our stock comes from

Cloud Nine buys from local wholesale suppliers, order by order. We do not buy loose or unboxed stock, and we do not list a product our supplier cannot provide sealed in its retail packaging.

How to check a scratch code

Most major brands put a security sticker with a hidden code on the box. To check it:

  1. Find the security sticker on the box. It usually has a silver scratch panel and sometimes a QR code.
  2. Scratch off the panel to reveal the code.
  3. Open the brand's own official website and find its verification page (often called "Verify", "Authentication" or "Security check"). Type the address yourself.
  4. Enter the code. A genuine product is confirmed, usually with the number of times the code has been checked.

Where the code is, brand by brand

Each link below is the brand's own verification page, on the brand's own website. We opened every one on 4 October 2026. Copies sometimes come with a printed link or QR code to a fake site that says any code is genuine, so start from this table or type the brand's address yourself.

Some brands we sell have no online code check:

  • Zippo: Zippo has no scratch code. Its guidance lists the signs of a copy, such as a poor finish, a lookalike name or a price far below normal. See the brand's guidance.
  • Juul: No official online code check was found.
  • Vuse: No official online code check was found.
  • Al Fakher: No official online code check was found.
  • Drip Down: No official online code check was found.

For these, use the checks in the next section.

A brand that is not listed here either has no code on its packs or we could not confirm its check page. Ask us and we will tell you what to look for.

Other things to look at

  • The box is sealed and the seal has not been reapplied.
  • Print is sharp, with no spelling mistakes or blurred logos.
  • A batch number and manufacturing date are printed on the box.
  • The device, pod or bottle matches the pictures on the brand's own website.
  • A pack of cigarettes carries the FBR tax stamp. We sell only duty-paid packs that have one.

Message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the code and the result. Keep the box and the sticker. We take the item back and refund you. Details are in Returns & Refunds, and you can reach us through the Contact page.

Quick answers

Questions

How do I check a scratch code?

Find the security sticker on the box, scratch off the silver panel to reveal the code, then enter it on the verification page of the brand’s own official website. Type the website address yourself rather than following a link or QR code printed by anyone but the brand.

What if the code does not verify?

Stop, keep the box and the sticker, and message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the code and the result. We take the item back and refund you.

The website says my code was already checked. Is that a problem?

A genuine code normally verifies once and then shows how many times it has been queried. If the site says it was checked before you scratched it, treat it as a failed check and contact us.

Does every product have a scratch code?

No. Most major device and disposable brands use one, but many e-liquids, coils and accessories do not. For those, check that the box is sealed, the print is clean, and the batch number and dates are present.
