Cloud Nine delivers across Pakistan. Every order is confirmed with you by a call or a message on the number you gave before it leaves, so we can check the address and tell you when to expect it.
Islamabad and Rawalpindi
Orders in Islamabad and Rawalpindi are delivered by our own rider, usually the same day or the next day. We agree the time with you when we confirm the order. See delivery in Islamabad and delivery in Rawalpindi.
Other cities
Orders to other cities go by courier. How long it takes depends on the city, and we tell you what to expect when we confirm your order. You get a tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed over, and you can follow it on the Track Order page.
Delivery fee
The standard delivery fee is PKR 250. Orders of PKR 5,000 or more are delivered free. The exact fee for your city is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place the order.
Payment
Cash on delivery is available everywhere we deliver: you pay when the parcel reaches you. Any other payment method we accept is shown at checkout.
Adults only
We sell to adults aged 18 and over. We ask for your date of birth at checkout, and the person receiving the parcel may be asked to show ID. If the receiver cannot show they are 18 or over, the parcel comes back to us and the order is cancelled.
When a parcel arrives
Check that the outer packaging is sealed before you accept it. If something is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, message us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. See Returns & Refunds.

Do I need to show ID when the parcel arrives?
Yes. We sell only to adults aged 18 and over. You confirm your age and give your date of birth at checkout, and the person receiving the parcel may be asked to show ID.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, if the order has not left yet. Contact us with your order number and the corrected address and we will update it before the parcel is sent.
