On the site
The first time you visit, we ask whether you are 18 or older. If you say no, the site stays closed to you. We remember your answer with one cookie on this device, so you are not asked on every page.
At checkout
Every order needs your date of birth and a tick to confirm you are 18 or over. We cannot take an order without them. The date of birth is kept with the order as our record that the age check was done.
At delivery
The person receiving the parcel may be asked to show ID, such as a CNIC. If they cannot show they are 18 or over, the parcel is not handed over: it comes back to us and the order is cancelled.
Buying for someone else
Never buy for anyone under 18. We cancel an order if we have reason to think it is for a minor, and refund anything already paid.
How we present our products
We do not use cartoon characters, youth slang or pictures of people who look under 25, and we do not aim any of our content at minors.
