These terms apply to every order placed on cloudnine.pk. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who can order
You must be 18 or over to use this site or order from it. You confirm your age and give your date of birth at checkout, and we may ask for ID on delivery. We cancel any order where the buyer or the receiver cannot show they are 18 or over. You must not buy from us on behalf of anyone under 18. See our Age Policy.
What we sell
We sell to adults in Pakistan only. We do not list any e-liquid stronger than 40 mg/ml or any nicotine pouch stronger than 20 mg per pouch. Cigarettes are sold only as duty-paid packs of 20 or more that carry the FBR tax stamp, never as single sticks. We list a shisha flavour only when it is legally available in Pakistan.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it with you by a call or a message on the number you gave. We can decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is no longer available from our supplier, when a price was listed in error, or when we cannot confirm the order with you. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, you are refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Pakistani rupees and can change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you place the order. The payment methods available are shown at checkout.
Availability
We buy stock from our suppliers as orders come in, so an item shown as available can occasionally be out of stock by the time we confirm. If that happens we tell you and offer an alternative or cancel that item.

Using the products
Read the manufacturer's instructions before using a device. Use only the charger and cable recommended for it, do not leave a device charging unattended, do not use a damaged battery, and keep devices and e-liquids away from children and pets. You are responsible for using the products safely and lawfully.
Product information
We take care with descriptions, specifications and compatibility notes, and they are based on the manufacturer's published information. Colours can look different on screen, and manufacturers change packaging and specifications without notice. If something on a product page looks wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Pakistani law, including the consumer protection law that applies where you live. Beyond those, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
