Do you check age?
Yes. We sell only to adults aged 18 and over. You confirm your age and give your date of birth at checkout, and the person receiving the parcel may be asked to show ID.
Where does your stock come from?
We buy from local wholesale suppliers. Many brands print a scratch code on the box that you can check on the brand’s own website; the Authenticity page explains how. If you are unsure about a product, message us before you order.
How do I know a pod or coil fits my device?
A pod or coil page lists the devices it fits, and a device page lists its pods and coils. Pods and coils are made for specific models, so check the exact model name (a Caliburn G3 pod does not fit a Caliburn G3 Lite). If your device is not listed, ask us before ordering.
What nicotine strengths do you sell?
We do not list any product above 40 mg/ml. The strengths available for a liquid are shown as options on its product page.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery is available everywhere we deliver. Any other payment method we accept is shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Open the Track Order page and enter your order number with the email or phone number used at checkout.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
No. We deliver only within Pakistan.
How can I contact you?
Use the Contact page or reply to your order confirmation email. We reply within one working day, Monday to Saturday.
