Pipe Tobacco, frequently asked
Where does your pipe tobacco stock come from?
We buy from local wholesale suppliers in Pakistan, order by order. Many brands print a scratch code on the box that you can check on the brand's own website, and the Authenticity page explains how. If you are unsure about a product, ask us through the Contact page before you order. Contact us
Is cash on delivery (COD) available for pipe tobacco?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available everywhere we deliver in Pakistan. You pay when the parcel reaches you, and no advance payment is needed.
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive in a few working days. We confirm every order with you before it leaves, and a courier parcel gets a tracking number you can follow on the Track Order page.
Can I return pipe tobacco products?
Unopened items, with the seal and original packaging intact, can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, use the Contact page with your order number. Contact us
